		<description>I totally disagree. Through sufficient time of marination, the meat can absorb the sub-ingredients you mixed in, which shouldn&#039;t taste like paper or cardboard. It is true that Adobo is adobo, but it can be modified to a healthier version without sacrificing the taste and according to your taste. Another thing is that, a low sodium soy sauce can also be used to reduce the amount calories and sodium chloride intake. There are products that can be researched to obtain a healthier habbit of cooking.</description>
