I've been doing garlic butter for a long time na and I almost always have stock in the fridge for the times na nagccrave ako for toast... It takes me forever to mince my garlic so what I do is grate it using a fine grater. (Just a tip for the tamad like me :D )... I'm soooo happy to see that you've used dried herbs... I've been looking for ways how I can use my dried herbs... Is it ok to use other dried herbs? What do you suggest po na masarap i-substitute? My dady recently sent me garlic salt, so is it right for me to assume that it's very much ok to use for this recipe? Very much excited to read your post of homemade herbed salt..
