Burgoo
On the second day of our emergency stay at the Holiday Inn Hotel, I postponed my first meal for the day until I could dispose of my work backlog. Not that I was able to finish everything before my stomach told me it was time to eat.
Since I was by myself (the kids and the hubby left early in the morning for school and work, respectively), I chose the least crowded place I could find. The food court at the basement of the mall was out. Not only was it too crowded; the previous night’s experience would have made me eat there only as a last resort (never eat at that Chin’s outlet–never! never! never!). I chose Burgoo. I checked out the menu and chose pasta with clams. I enjoyed it so much that I decided I would bring the kids there later for dinner after their dad picked them up from school.
What did each of us order for dinner? You can view the photos and a short write-up here.

your husband will be sorely pissed when he finds out even the patties at burger brothers are already commercially available
at salcedo market
Burgoo; I’ve never heard of that before but it sure sounds nice to me.
And the burger reminds me of the ones they serve in Chilis, an American Grill Bar.
(:
richard, my bad, talk about deteriorating quality.
kyels, if you decide to visit burgoo, i recommend the pasta with clams. that i can vouch for.
I have a funny experience at Burgoo, Podium. My ex-bf and I went there for dinner after we watched a movie. We ordered the usual food there, and then saw there was this dish with a little bit of everything: fries, chips, ribs, and etcetera. I can’t remember the other stuff that was in the dish. But we did order it. And then came the bill. We were surprised when we found out that dish cost us about P2,000! Hahaha! But I’d still eat at Burgoo. I love the pasta and the fries there.
i love burgoo. their pastas are actually the best
tess, wow, that’s expensive. if i remember correctly, we spent less than a thousand and there were four of us.
