It is a long time catholic tradition here. So, I have to think what non-meat recipe to cook on a friday. Besides the fact that, my hubby is not a vege eater, i really have to think of a possible menu that willl he will surely eat. If I cook veges I have to add some meat on it or hide the veges on the meat. When I found your site it was a great help. I tried this recipe today, and it was a hit in my kitchen. My hubby likes it so much. Surely, he will request this recipe over and over again on fridays. :razz: It's a good one for lent too. Kudos to your site..you are truly an inspiration. So I don't cook it here @ home @ all. The only time I can eat fish is when I'm visiting family and they happen to have fish being served. So when fish is not being served @ the table anywhere I am going.. this is my next best thing to eating it. lol I'm admiring the yummy looking fish and I wish I could just reach out and grab some right outta the computer screen.
