		<description>Pinky, here in the US, we use heavy cream. You can by it in any grocery store, so I am sure there&#039;s one there in Vancouver. My favorite brands of heavy creams are from Nestle and Lucerne, because they&#039;re rich and creamy.

		<description>i bought a kilo of lemons in Baguio some weeks ago and have been looking for ways to use it (other than dip it in iced or hot tea). Could i use the lemon peel as lemon zest as well? can&#039;t seem to find lemon zest in the groceries in the alabang-las pi&#241;as area. thanks!</description>
