Sweet peas

Add the sweet peas as well, then all the seasonings and spices. Mix well.

Note that most recipes say the filling should be sauteed then cooled before the samosas are assembled. But I find the mixture more difficult to handle after sauteing because of the addition of oil plus the water that the vegetables expel. So I ditch the sauteing part.
