		<description>oh i know i know!i used to buy local tokwa since it&#039;s so much cheaper but you&#039;re right about the &quot;taste&quot;. it&#039;s creamy but firm. even if i just fry it and use no dipping sauce it still tastes so good. well worth the price.
btw, kudos for having this site. i always look for recipes here whenever i want to cook something interesting but doable (i really didn&#039;t know how to cook). and as an aside, of course i trust someone from my alma mater :)</description>
