My wife and I visited the place and spoke with Mr. Rick Nayve. At first, we thought that Mr. Nayve was nice. We made some changes on the menu as we want our visitors to enjoy the food. We made some changes on the menu couple of times as we are also considering our budget. Prior to that, I have spoken with Mr. Nayve when I first visited the place. I have selected Salad Bar, Pork Barbaque, Golden-Crusted Chicken, Stir-fried Beef w/mushroom, Blue Marlin and Mud Pie for P320. Two days later, I visited the venue together with my wife. We spoke again with Mr. Rick Nayve. We have made some changes and we did have some mix and match of the food to save money and to have a better food. So we finally, arrived to have the ff: Chicken crepe, salad bar, beef with mushroom and Spaghetti (spicy). We have trusted Mr. Nayve. That was the problem. The problem was, we forgot to ask for the contract and we didn't sign any paper. So, it's a contract based on TRUST. We reserved for 50 persons and we paid P7,500 reservation. Mr. Nayve, commented that "Bale, Sir, P10,000 na lng ang balance nyo." All of a sudden, when I was about to pay our bill, there was an extra charge of more than P1,500.00 for the service charge which was not even mentioned during the deal. I didn't confront him as a I wanted to remain compose and professional as some of our visitors were still there. I have no other option but to settle the bill. It was a very deceiving contract. The food were not that great and your people are very dishonest and cannot be trusted. I called your Antipolo branch again to report our disappointment, I was looking for a Manager and I happen to spoke only to the manager of the day, Mr. Raymond Lagyo. I told him everything about the experience and assured me that he'll report it to the manager who was there yesterday. We were very sad and very disappointed with the experience.
