    hi ms.connie,
    i still need to find yellow cornmeal if they have here in china..but what can i substitute instead? and what kind of milk will i use..is evaporated or fresh milk fine to use? thanks for your prompt reply. God bless!

      No substitute for cornmeal. You can just ditch it and use more flour instead. I use fresh milk. If you use evap, dilute it with water. Half evap half water.
