Not quite complete
November 19, 2009 • Hello. I am currently out of the country and unable to respond to comments and e-mails. Rest assured, however, that future posts have been scheduled so new recipes will go live almost everyday during my absence. I'll be back soon with lots of stories and photos. Ciao for now! ~ ConnieYou are viewing the “new” Pinoy Cook, now running on Wordpress. It’s the only option since I cannot have multiple installations of my Expression Engine. It’s also a way of finally separating the databases for my blogs.
I’m still in the process of moving the files. More than a third of the recipes are already here. I hope to complete the reconstruction within the next few days.
The bad news… the comments posted in the old blog cannot be reproduced here. It was a tough decision but security considerations have to be the priority.
And, until I can figure out the templating system of Wordpress, no printable pages for the recipes yet. I’ll do that, of course, but I need to complete the reconstruction first–move all the files.
It’s been a bloody week. Thank you for your e-mails. Your concern, you offers of assistance. I’m sorry that I have been rather remiss in answering e-mails. See, “this” is what I had been doing all week.
On that note, let me wish you all the best of the holidays.

Hi John & Cathy,
Yeah, well, nothing can be too good that it can’t be made better, right?
Marketman!!!! Merry Christmas to you and yours too. And… well, about 300 more entries to reconstruct and I’m good.
A toast to Filipino food bloggers!
Sassy, blog hopping is not as satisfying w/o your blogs!
hope things are back to normal soon.
merry christmas!!!!
Merry Christmas, Mell.
The New Year is my self-imposed deadline. May not be exactly the same as before, but better I hope. Won’t let issues like lost files stop me from blogging.
