I am looking for a recipe of Bouillabaise. I have tried Pantalan’s, and I liked it. I just don’t like the complicated recipes I get from the net. Maybe you know how to cook it “pinoy-style”. Just asking! Thanks!

    Hi Connie,

I came across your site by doing a random filipino recipe search today. I’m filipina but American born and I LOVE my mom’s cooking and want to really learn. She tells over the phone how to cook dishes but doesn’t always give me exact ratios. Your site will really help and I love your adventurous culinary spirit!
