Spaghetti, ham and Alfredo sauce
November 19, 2009 • Hello. I am currently out of the country and unable to respond to comments and e-mails. Rest assured, however, that future posts have been scheduled so new recipes will go live almost everyday during my absence. I'll be back soon with lots of stories and photos. Ciao for now! ~ ConnieGo to page 1 2 »»
I don’t think we can have ham sandwiches until we can finish the 2-kilos+ of ham that my husband bought for Christmas. Time to get creative with the ham. Tonight’s dinner was a pasta dish. The sauce is the classic Alfredo sauce but, instead of serving it plain with the pasta, I added chopped ham.

The classic Alfredo sauce is basically cream and Parmesan cheese. There are a lot of variations though. Some recipes include an egg yolk; others use Parmesan and Romano cheeses. I did not use any yolk and I only used Parmesa cheese.

Margaret, there is a Pasta link under categories on the side panel.
This one ate connie, im going to have for dinner. My hubbie is devouring his baked mac i cooked yesterday and am allowing him to finish everything. I only dip my ou fork once because he doesnt seem to like it when i take a small bite of his baked mac. Anyway, i like everything about pasta and prefers those in white sauce and less meat.
I wish you will come up with your version of an eggplant parmigiana recipe. I have had this many times at Rosarios but never learned how to cook it.
I love your recipes ate connie!
LOL prisiana, baked mac ALL for him?
