		<description>Alam mo Connie, I prepared this one kanina as my son&#039;s breakfast...though alam ko, it&#039;s still short of the true taste of the dish that you prepared.  I used chicken thigh fillets and because I did not have your chili garlic sauce, I made do with some minced garlic and Del Monte Sweet Chili Sauce...and added a tsp of soy sauce.
Cooked it in the non stick pan until it turned dry...Then for the presentation, I also didn&#039;t have your mint... I had the tomatoes diced and just added some chopped cucumber.  Ubos!  Thanks for the inspiration...He said that this was what he needed for super energy because he still needed to finish 2 papers!</description>
