I used my son's favorite strawberry spread instead of buying jams. Panicked a little when the edges rose, but you warned about this. Thanks to your step-by-step photos which I followed to the dot, my cheesecake looked exactly like yours & was a big hit with my boys! I love the marbled effect, so pretty & yummy pa!
