My daughters’ contribution to the Christmas day chow. They can do this with their eyes closed. :)

strawberry milkshake

My 11-year-old trimmed the strawberries while my 13-year-old was reacquating herself with the Thunderstick Pro.

I just took photos afterwards.

How to make strawberry milkshake :

Trim and halve the strawberries. Put in a blender or food processor with some crushed ice and process until smooth. Transfer to a pitcher and stir in milk and sugar. How much depends on you. Our into glasses, add more ice if you wish, garnish with mint leaves and serve cold.

Great drinks are always a good complement to great food.
