		<description>Could you please give me some info on how to make Filipino tinapa. I remember many years ago Ilocano/ Kapampangan tinapa are always the best. I do a lot of fishing (recreational) and just give away most of my catch. I realise that I could preserved my catch by making a tinapa and vacuum sealed it to make it last ans perhaps I could send some back home to Phil.
