		<description>yes, ms. connie.  Egg whites freeze very well but not the yolks.  Unfortunately, I only knew about it after throwing lots and lots of egg whites from my leche flan and ensaimada (which uses 22 egg yolks) experiments.  It is even suggested to put the egg whites in ice tray (one egg white each space/hole) and when they set, place it ziplock bags.  Everytime you need one, you can defrost 1 pc of frozen egg white.</description>
